What happens at my first appointment?

Your 45-minute initial consultation includes a detailed health history, physical examination, posture assessment and spinal analysis. We'll explain our findings clearly and discuss a personalised treatment plan before any treatment begins.

Is chiropractic treatment safe?

Yes — chiropractic is widely recognised as one of the safest drug-free, non-invasive therapies available. All our practitioners are registered with the General Chiropractic Council and maintain the highest clinical standards.

Do I need a GP referral?

No referral is needed — you can book directly with us. If you're claiming through private health insurance, please check with your provider as some may require a referral for cover.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your condition. Many patients notice improvement within 3–6 sessions. We'll give you an honest estimate after your assessment and never recommend treatment you don't need.

Which insurers do you accept?

We're registered with Bupa, AXA PPP, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and most other major private health insurers. Please bring your policy details to your first appointment.
